Justice System

In order to ensure justice, a few rules would have to be added to our current system,
designed to protect citizens from injustice,from the very system that is sworn to protect them.
Below are three rules designed to do just that.
Policing the Police
This video goes over a simple, yet effective, rule that would help to create a check and balance that would effectively help to police the police. One edit I would make would be that “All recordings from recording devices”, as opposed to “All recordings for evidence from recording devices”, this would be more effective in its goal.
Justice for the sake of Justice
A conflict of interest exists within our justice system, this conflict of interest can and often does, corrupt our justice system where from the law makers and state, to police departments, and individuals may use justice as a means for gain. This is a rule designed to address that issue and solve it.
Prove me guilty or set me Free
A simple, yet effective rule that would dramatically reform the Justice System. Too often men and women are essentially coerced into pleading guilty in order to go home, rather than spend more time in jail waiting to fight for their innocence.
